Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement item.
Shipping Returns
We will only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If your items have been damaged during delivery please let us know and we may ask you to return them. Once received, we’ll assess the items and if possible organise for a replacement to be shipped.
You’re responsible for paying the shipping costs on a returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
